Pricing and Billing

What are my payment choices?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Google Checkout. Cashiers checks and money orders may be submitted for payment by mail. If paying by money order of Cashiers Check, select the money order option during checkout and then print out the order form and mail it with your payment. Money order and Cashier check payments must be received within 10 working days after order is placed.

When will my credit card be charged?
During checkout your credit card information is sent directly to Authorize.net for immediate processing. Credit card charges are authorized until the time the product(s) ships at which time your credit card transaction is captured. Orders that are placed for backordered products may need to be returned to your credit card if shipment is not made within the necessary time mandated by state law. Laws vary by state, contact us if you have questions.

Sales Tax

Florida Residents
We are required by law to collect Florida Sales and Use Tax from Florida residents. All orders received and shipped within the State of Florida will be required to pay sales tax. Sales tax will be computed and added to your order before you are asked to enter your credit card information.

Hyperformance Automotive Center makes every effort to ensure our product information and pricing is accurate and free of typographical errors. We reserve the right to modify or adjust pricing and information at any time. Prices are subject to change at any time.

Please note product pictures may not accurately reflect the actual product ordered.

Special Orders

What is a special order?
Occasionally the products we offer will be backordered and unavailable through normal distribution channels. In this case we will notify you and offer the opportunity to void your order. If you choose to accept these terms and conditions, we will bill your credit card or Paypal account and order the product from the manufacturer.

What are the special provisions required for special orders?
We will provide you the manufacturer's estimated delivery time, however we can not be responsible for orders that are delayed beyond the estimated delivery time. Under no condition can we cancel the order or accept the order for return unless the product is defective and returned for exchange of the same product per our warranty exchange policy.

If it takes us longer than expected to process your order, we'll update you by e-mail. Once we process your order you can go online to the shipper's website and receive an estimated delivery date. If we can be of assistance please use our contact page.

Other information:

  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and government holidays.
  • If we have to review an order for security reasons, that review may affect the Estimated Processing Time.
  • We can't guarantee Estimated Shipping Times. Those are determined by the specific carrier.

Order Cancellations

If we receive your request to cancel an order prior to processing and shipping your order we will gladly cancel it and void the credit card transaction. We are not able to cancel orders already shipped or special orders placed directly with the manufacturer or supplier. Orders canceled after processing or shipping will be assessed the typical return processing charges found in our return policy. Orders refused delivery by the customer will also be assessed full return fees.

Order Shortages and Errors

My order never arrived
If you received a shipment tracking number by email, you can track your order to your door. If the order does not arrive on time contact the shipper using the "contact us" or "help" link from the shipping company's website. If the shipping company is unable to help you with the order you can notify us or call us for assistance.

An item is missing from my shipment
All shortage claims must be made within 3 working days of the receipt date. Obvious damage to packages must be noted by the customer on the carrier's Bill of Lading upon receipt. All claims for hidden damages to merchandise must be reported to the carrier within 3 days. We cannot initiate any claims for you. Shipping errors on our part must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt.

My product is missing parts
We inspect our products prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and completeness (as manufacturer packaging allows). If you receive a product that is missing parts, please contact our returns department within 48 hours of receipt of your products. We will take all necessary action to work with you and the manufacturer to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping and Processing Costs

Because we ship directly from most manufacturers and distribution warehouses, we are unable to ship most orders to APO/FPO Addresses and U.S. Territories.

International Shipping

Hyperformanceauto.com ships to addresses within the 48 continental United States only. We are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii.
